Personal training is available on an individual or couple basis. Sessions last from between 30 minuts to 1 hour are tailor-made to suit individual requirements and training needs.
All our instructors are fully qualified and able to work with the full range of exercise equipment and training methods we have at our disposal. Specialist training for sports performance in golf, tennis, rugby and running, as well as weight loss training and rehabilitation is available.
